English Language Requirements
Teaching takes place solely in English and students must demonstrate that their English language proficiency is at a level that will allow them to follow their intended programme successfully.
If you are a UK/EU student, we require you to have the equivalent of at least GCSE (grade C or new grades 4-9) in English/Standard Grade (grades 1-3)/National 5 (grades A-C).
The Al-Maktoum College requires overseas students to possess the IELTS for UKVI scores below, or equivalent. IELTS for UKVI tests will be considered to be valid for 2 years, and must still be valid on the programme start date. You should ask for a copy of your Test Report Form to be sent to the College.
